The Track Hub aims to improve the lives of young people through a purposeful and engaging curriculum that harnesses the thrill of riding a bike.
The Learning Environment
Our classroom is The Track, a five-acre fun filled bike park catering for all abilities based in Portreath, Cornwall. Alongside this we have an immersive classroom and a workshop. Our education programme links closely to the National Curriculum and is driven by purposeful learning which ensures the children’s learning is relevant to themselves and the wider world. Our lessons encourage children to ‘have a go’ and ‘make mistakes’. This enables them to develop greater resilience, essential for good mental health. Riding bikes and exploring the trails enables children to experience challenges in a supported environment.
